About you

To make all of this possible we’d need a couple of things from you.

Communication

Communication is key! Listening and feeling listened to are very important attributes when working in the CAC. To understand and resolve our customer’s or business partner’s needs in a timely manner, you should have excellent verbal and written skills in English and German.
Customer Orientated

You should have a customer orientated, empathetic mind-set. Someone willing to go above and beyond to satisfy our customers and live the brand’s most important promise “the best or nothing”.
Learning (in English)
You aren’t expected to know everything when you get here. That’s why we offer one month of training for all employees for the relevant systems. All we ask in return is that you take the time to learn and develop your skills as best you can.
