As a member of the Cloud team, you inspire leading companies, and government agencies to work smarter with our products.


You champion the innovative power of our products to make organizations more productive, collaborative, and mobile. Based in a sales hub you will apply best-in-class revenue generation skills to identify opportunities to upsell, cross sell and renew existing SMB clients - with a strong focus on upselling. Agents will contact and pitch existing customers through high volume phone calls and email campaigns, aiming to upsell customers within price tiers and across related products. Candidates will be strategic and persistent, and must thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment where flexibility is critical. Attention to detail via extensive follow-up and tracking will also be an important aspect of this role.
Most importantly, the ideal candidate will strive to hit and exceed sales targets.

The Role: (focus on upselling)


Work with a weekly book of 100 customers, acting as a consultant at scale to evaluate customers needs and upgrade qualified customers via phone, video call and email


Execute sales campaigns using various tactics including cold calling and cold emailing existing customers


Ability to effectively operate with high energy and flexibility in a fast-paced, constantly evolving team environment


Collaborate with your team to develop targeted sales campaigns with solution focused messaging for business and IT executives


Build strong relationships and collaborate with sales executives and partners in line with territory coverage approach


Achieve and exceed agreed targets and performance metrics in line with business requirements


Ensure all business processes, policies and work practices are followed to the highest standards (systems use, sales methodology, communication standards, reaction speeds etc.)


Minimum Requirements:


BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience


1 years of sales/relationship management/customer experience in the technology industry with SaaS, PaaS or IaaS products and platforms


Proven ability to achieve and exceed targets


Strong communication/presentation skills with proactive and positive approach to tasks


Understanding the local market and local business environment


Ability to speak and write inSwedishand English


Preferred Requirements:


2 years of sales/account management experience in the technology industry with SaaS, PaaS or IaaS products and platforms


Ability to effectively operate with enthusiasm and flexibility in a fast-paced, constantly evolving team environment


Strong business/commercial acumen


Basic understanding of and belief in G suite and Cloud products
